The Department of Agriculture provides food, nutrition counseling and access to health services that are provided to low-income women, infants, and children under the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children, popularly known as WIC.

Insure Kids Now! is a national campaign to link the nation's 10 million uninsured children--from birth to age 18--to free and low-cost health insurance. Many families simply don't know their children are eligible. This site is sponsored by Health Resources and Services Agency, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services agency in an attempt to improve access to health care for children.
